All orders will be shipped on call notification. Most orders are shipped same day or next business day after the order is processed depending on the size of the order and if all customer's paperwork is current. We pride ourselves to try and ship within a 3 day time window. Orders placed after 3pm EST are considered for the next day. Each order is assessed freight, insurance and a weight based handling fees.
Shipping fees will also conducted same time On-Calls. Everything varies, handling fees, transport fees according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We try to assure the packaging on the products we ship out to be in the best condition possible. However, sometimes they are not perfect.
Damage Claims & Lost Shipments: You must notify us of damages or lost shipments within 7 Days of receipt or non-receipt of your package.
Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase receipt. Please notify your account manager as soon as possible.
